Linkin Park lights up Lisbon in 2026.

Rock in Rio returns to Lisbon in June 2026, and the first big name is already official: Linkin Park, playing on June 21.

For now, that’s the only date for which tickets are available, but expect more soon.

Last year’s lineup brought heavyweights like Ed Sheeran, Scorpions, Evanescence and the Jonas Brothers, so the bar is high.

After selling out Lisbon’s MEO Arena in just six hours last year, Iron Maiden is back at the much bigger Estádio da Luz. Tickets released a couple of days back and are going fast.

The legendary heavy metal giants bring their Run For Your Lives Tour to Lisbon, promising one of the band’s biggest shows ever in Portugal.

A run through Lisbon’s heart, powered by spirit not speed.

Starting from Parque Eduardo VII and weaving through the city’s lush Green Corridor, you can choose between a 10 km run or a 5 km walk.

Expect warm-up music, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of community spirit. A great way to spend a Sunday morning outdoors.

OPEN AIR CINEMA

Because a film under the stars never goes out of style, Lisbon’s outdoor screenings bring together movies, music, and magical settings.

Cinema under palace skies, only in Lisbon.

This eccentric palace in Xabregas offers more than just a movie. It’s an experience with food, cocktails, and a quirky artistic vibe.

Looking at the reviews, it is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes early as seats are on a first come first served basis.

Lisbon plays host to the 26th Festa do Cinema Francês, a celebration bringing the best of French cinema to the capital.

The festival usually includes a mix: new French productions, classics and unexpected gems from emerging voices.

A festival of stories that cross languages and continents.

Expect a curated lineup of recent films from the MENA region, subtitled in PT and EN.
